The Ownership section on the company Data page introduces Persons with Significant Control (PSCs) and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBOs) to FullCircl.

 

Companies House Persons of Significant Control (PSCs)

Companies House defines a Person of Significant Control (sometimes referred to as a Relevant Legal Entity (RLE) if a company) as an individual or organisation owning 25% or more shares of a business, or some other equivalent influence. This section will display all known PSCs (including former/resigned) for the business as well as their nature of control, similar to what can be seen within Companies House.



FullCircl Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs)

Ultimate Beneficiary Owners detail those with actual control of the business beyond the company's own directors or shareholders. This will typically detail the owners of the ultimate parent within the corporate hierarchy.

In the event of conflicting information preventing accurate display of UBOs the details of the conflict will be displayed on this section.

Our Shareholdings graph has been updated to show percentages as a bar graph instead of the former pie chart. Each segment of the bar can be highlighted to view exact percentages.
