Introduction
The monitoring tab in the W2 by FullCircl portal will allow users to view screenings, records and alerts.
The monitoring tab contains three subsections, described individually below.
Main Page
The monitoring tab main page will display information regarding your searches within a certain date range, as well as information about your monitoring accounts.
The elements included in the main page are: monitoring graph, account and screenings.
Monitoring graph - this element will display data based on the number of records screened and the alerts generated within the date range provided (last 30 days by default).
The alerts are colour coded based on the remediation outcome.
The information available in the graph can be exported into a .csv report.
Accounts - this section will display information about your monitoring accounts, the last date they have screened, number of active records, open alerts per account and buttons that will lead to the screenings page where you can see the details of each individual screening.
Screenings - the information displayed for each screening is number of open alerts, date and time when the screening started and completed, screeningid (#0000 format) and the service bundle the screening used.
By clicking on the blue number of open alerts, you will be directed to all the alerts raised in that particular screening.
Alerts
The alerts section can be accessed from the monitoring main page by clicking on the Alerts button located in the top left of the screen.
The information displayed for each alert is: date created, category, status, assigned, record name and match name.
The alerts will be displayed in the chronological order they have been raised from the newest to the oldest.
Alerts can be searched by name of the record using the search bar.
You can also filter alerts using the Filter button.
Alerts can be filtered by: category (only available with the Watchlist 006 service), alert status, users assigned to, account and date.
The alerts can also be exported in a .csv report.
To view specific details about an alert you can click on the blue name under Match and you will be directed to the specific alert page where you can see all the details about the record and the matched data source profile.
Records
The records section can be accessed from the monitoring main page by clicking on the Records button located in the top right of the screen.
The information displayed for each record is: URN, record name, last date screened, number of alerts generated against the record, record status which can be active or inactive.
The records will be displayed in the chronological order based on the screening date from the newest to the oldest.
Records can be searched by name of the record using the search bar.
You can also filter records using the Filter button.
Records can be filtered by: URN, account, last screen as in unscreened or screened records, date range of the screenings and status of the records as in active vs inactive..
The records can also be exported in a .csv report.
Alerts Remediation
The most used way to remediate alerts is:
From the Main Page proceed to Accounts, click on the screenings, find the screening with open alerts and click on it.
A page will open with all the alerts generated in that specific screening.
From this page you can filter the alerts by user assigned to, assign alerts, bulk select the alerts to remediate them or go on each individual alert and set the corresponding status based on the information returned in the match data.
