Introduction

The Portal Dashboard stores all the checks performed by a company via API, Quick Search or Salesforce Widget.

The sections included in the Portal Dashboard are:

• Results
• Statistics
• Filters
• Export

Results

The results tab shows a list of all the checks that have been performed, most recent being at the top along with the result being pass/fail/refer. 

Clicking into the check allows you to see all the information used in the request as well as the response. 

It is important to note when looking further into the result, you can see the search parameters that were also used as part of the search and if a search was to fail a message as to why the search has failed will be listed.

The results can be selected from the All Results dropdown and ordered from the Order by dropdown.

Statistics

The statistics tab shows a breakdown based on all the checks performed with the available bundles from the date range you have selected. The breakdown is displayed as number of checks and the percentage of each check type including all the results available whether it was a pass, fail, refer, not applicable and no interpret. 

Across both statistics and results the data can be exported by pressing the export button on the top right hand side.

Filters

The default date range will always be the last 30 days.

The results can be filtered out against any search parameters, this can be the name used in the check, date, call reference, client reference, bundle or service used.

To be able to find the searches performed using Sandbox, select the Call Details dropdown and check the box under Include Sandbox.

Export

Exporting the Results will allow you to generate the data available for each check based on the date range selected in a CSV file using these columns: CompanyName, CallReference, RequestDate, BundleName, InterpretResult, IsSandbox, ClientReference, RefersToServiceCallReference, ServiceName,ServiceResult  and exporting the statistics will allow you to generate a PDF file.
