My Account
The My Account page gives you access to reset your password, as well as useful links to our developer documentation, support team, and contact us pages. You can access this page from your username in the top right of the portal, as seen below:
Password Reset
As with the above, you can either reset your password once you have logged into the portal using the My Account -> Change Password link.
If you are unable to login to the portal you can also request a password reset link from the login page, simply follow the "Forgotten password?" link under the Login button, to request a password reset:
Please enter your e-mail address in the space provided, and click Reset to send an e-mail to your address (if you have a user account):
If you don't receive your password within a few minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder, as occasionally the password reset e-mails can end up being marked as Junk. If you have any further problems, or cannot find your password reset e-mail, please contact the support team
Multiple Account Access
If your user account has access to multiple accounts, there is a mechanism to switch between them via the "My Account" page:
From this page, if you have access to multiple companies, you will see a section that allows you to switch between these companies:
Upon switching, you will receive a message confirming you have switched between accounts, and your associated account in the top right will update.
