- User - Our most basic role, the User role grants access to login to the portal, and view and filter results on the dashboards
- Quick Search User - This role enables users to use the Quick Search part of the portal. The User role will allow users to load Profiles that have been assigned to them, and conduct checks using these Profiles. Users will be able to see a list of their own search history via the Quick Search links as well.
- Quick Search Admin - This role grants the above Quick Search User permissions, but also extends these to allow for creating a new Profile, and assigning users to a Profile. The Admin user also has the ability to view all history across any Quick Search Users, as well as their own historical searches.
- Monitoring Read - This role grants read-only access to the Monitoring section of the portal. Users with this permission can see alerts that have been generated in the Monitoring section of the portal, as well as records that are currently in the accounts. They can also browse the Monitoring main page, and can review accounts and screening results. In addition, alerts or records can be exported
- Monitoring Write - This role grants the same permissions as Monitoring Read, but also allows for processing of alerts generated via the Monitoring system. This permission allows for adding comments, assigning alerts to a user, and adding a status to the alert.
- Monitoring Notifications - This role adds the user to the mailing list when a Monitoring screening has completed, or when a file is imported (successfully or unsuccessfully).
- Override Results - This role enables a user to alter the results via the Dashboard and Quick Search results pages. Users with this permission enabled can alter an individual alert generated from an AML lists check, or alter the overall Service or Bundle result. Overriding the bundle result will also update the statistics table on the main stats page to reflect the overridden results, not the original result.
- Case Read - To be used with our Case Management system, this permission allows users to search for existing cases, and view the details of each case that has been created in the system. The audit logs for each case can also be viewed.
- Case Write - This permission grants the above read access to Case Management, and also allows the user to create new cases or edit the details of an existing Case, to change the attributes associated. These changes will be logged in the audit logs against the Case, along with the details of the user making the changes. You can also toggle Monitoring to active or inactive.
- Case Real Time Check - This permission further extends the Case Management functionality, to allow a user to perform a Realtime Check, using a bundle that is assigned to the customer. There is an additional tab that appears on the Case page that allows a user to select a bundle, and additionally any query options for relevant services.
- Technical Advisor - This role gives the user access to view the API Key and existing bundles via the My Company page. All bundles assigned to the company can be utilised via the API, or via the Case Management section in the portal.
- Company Admin - This role extends the permissions from the Technical Advisor role, to also include any Quick Search profiles that have been configured, and a list of all user accounts that currently have access to the portal, including their active status, and their most recent login to the portal.

Introduction
The W2 by FullCircl portal features are locked behind permissions.
To be able to access certain features an user needs to have the necessary permissions enabled for their account.
User accounts and permissions can only created and managed by sending a request to fc-w2-support@ncino.com.
In the request please specify the full name of the user, the email address and the permissions necessary for the new account.
Permissions
These are the available permissions a Portal User can have access to:
User Types
The above permissions can be mixed and matched when assigned to an user.
However, these are some permissions combinations that reflect most common workloads:
Read-Only Access (user will be able to only view checks, monitoring and cases)
Permissions:
Quick Search Access (user is able to view checks, perform checks and override results)
Permissions:
Quick Search and Monitoring Access (user is able to view checks, perform checks, override results, view and remediate monitoring alerts and receive emails about screening results)
Permissions:
Cases Only Access (user is able to view the Cases tab where they can perform real time checks against cases, view the audit history, override results in the dashboard)
Permissions:
Optional (for Case Users that also need access to ongoing monitoring screenings)
The permissions Company Admin, Technical Advisor and Quick Search Admin should be reserved for users that require management access as these roles will give access to sensitive data about the company as in API Key, list of users assigned to Quick Search Profiles and technical bundles information.
If any of these roles are required, please contact the support team at fc-w2-support@ncino.com as they will be able to provide advice regarding your needs for these enhanced permissions.
