As with the DueDil legacy system, you can search for companies in a multitude of ways within the FullCircl WebApp, depending on whether you are looking for one or more companies, and whether you know their names or not!
Option 1 – Known Company – Individual Search
If you already know the name or Company House ID of the company you are looking for you can still use a ‘quick search’ function within FullCircl. You can find this by clicking in the “Search for Companies” box at the top left of your screen:
There’s also an option next to this to search by a Director if you know their name.
On the overview page you can click the Follow button to add the company into one of your watchlists, or if you want to just research the company you can click on the name to be taken to their page.
The follow button will change to say 'Following' once a company is present in at least one of your watchlists and you will start to receive daily news alerts on them.
If you can’t find the company you are looking for click the “Can’t find it? Tell us!” button whilst on the detailed search page – this will notify our Support team who will be able to investigate further for you!
Option 2 – Loading Multiple Known Companies at once
Within FullCircl you can load up to 250 companies at a time into one of your watchlists – if you have more companies than this that you’d like loading into your profile please reach out to migration@fullcircl.com and we may be able to provide you with assistance.
To load multiple companies in bulk click into the watchlist of your choice (or create a brand new one) then click on the blue “Add Companies” button next to the watchlist name – this will open up our Add Companies wizard. Choose whether you are searching by company name or company registration number then follow the onscreen instructions to load your companies in.
Next to the “Add Companies” button you may see an option to Add from Managed Lists – please click here for more information on this functionality.
Option 3 – Locating Unknown Companies
DueDil’s advanced search tool is currently known as Find within the FullCircl WebApp. Both products work in the same way, though some of the DueDil filters you may be used to may not be available yet within FInd.
Prospector works by combining and layering filters to identify specific industry segment/s – whilst a summary of your current filters will be shown on the left hand side of the page. For more information on how Find operates differently DueDil's Advanced Search please click here.
