Exporting Data - comparison with DueDil WebApp

In the DueDil legacy system you could download financial data from the Finance page, and company data from the ‘Advanced Search’ screen. In FullCircl you have similar functionality.

Exporting Company Data from a Watchlist

Once you have loaded companies into your watchlist/s you can export the data via the Watchlist settings tab.



FullCircl allows you to export three types of data from your watchlist:

1. Company data only – this includes details such as the company address, financials, EBITDA and more
2. Company and People data – in addition to the same company data as above, this also gives you information on key stakeholders in each company including contact information
3. Company and Mortgages & Charges data – in addition to the same company data as above, this export also provides you with information such as the charge date, whether it has been satisfied and what the charge was for



Exporting Data from Find

Once you have created your FInd search, and reduced the results to below 5000 companies, you can export data clicking on the Export button at the top right of the page. A new tab will appear in the centre of your page, choose whether to include any people data (and if so which types of people data) and/or any mortgage and charges data, plus any additional fields, then click on the Export button.

When your export is ready to download it will appear in the Export history column with the option to download the search.



Quick Tip: make sure you are hitting the Export button otherwise this search won't appear in you Export history



Exporting Data on a Single Company

Whilst you can’t strictly ‘export’ data for a single company (unless they are in an otherwise unpopulated watchlist) you can get a company report from the Data page.
