The Legal section of a company screening covers any County Court Judgements (CCJs) and Legal Notices raised against your screened company.

Within the Judgment section; the page will show any outstanding or fulfilled judgements with their judgement date, name of court, case number and amount.

Below the Judgement section (CCJs) are any Legal Notices shown by type of notice and also the date the notice was raised.



Our information on County Court Judgements are sourced from the Registry of Judgements, Orders and Fines (through our credit data supplier Experian).
