An issue was identified at 07:00 GMT this morning which impacted parts of the Artesian service. This was rectified at 08:40 and all services are now fully functional.

 

1st February 2018 14:00

As of 13:40 GMT the issue has now been resolved and all services are fully functional.

 

31st January 2018 15:30

At 13:18 GMT a temporary failure occurred within the news part of the Artesian service.

Other areas of the service (Prospector, Data, People etc) were unaffected.  

A workaround was deployed at 15:10, which enabled users to see news again, with certain restrictions

  • News was frozen at 11am on 31st Jan (Articles published after that will be refreshed into the platform when the solution has been applied).
  • For this reason, Email alerts had to be turned off for the morning of 1st February
  • Only companies >£5m Revenue and >5 employees are currently able to be followed.
