Service as normal has now been resumed.

Experian has advised us that the server issue on their end has been resolved and their service is in the process of resuming. Company documents should once again be available in Artesian in due course.
Our data provider (Experian) has advised us that these issues have been caused by an an infrastructure fault with their servers hosted by Microsoft which have affected a number of Microsoft's business customers. All parties are currently working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and we will provide an update as soon as we receive further information from them.
Further to our earlier update, we are experiencing some knock-on effects that is causing some inconsistencies in other areas of the service, such as searching for companies or accessing company newsfeeds.
We have again reached out to our data provider to escalate these more recent reports due to their impact on the service. We will provide further updates when available.

It has come to our attention that we are not currently able to retrieve Companies House documents when accessing a company's Data page. The Documents section is instead displaying a spinning icon followed by an error message.
This appears to be an issue on our data provider's end. We have reached out to them to try and resolve this in a timely manner.
