Service Status

We have confirmed that the connectivity issues experienced yesterday have now been rectified and all services affected yesterday are now functioning at expected speeds.

While we believe the issue is now fully resolved, we will continue to monitor the affected services closely.


21st July 2021 - 10:20am

We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues across the Artesian service. This is impacting several services including company/watchlist newsfeeds, Prospector searches and screenings performed in Artesian Connect.

This matter has been escalated to our ISP and we are liaising with them to restore functionality as soon as possible.
