Using the Dashboard to mitigate risk

The Risks section of the dashboard alerts you to changes at a company that might affect the risk status of your relationship with them.  It allows you to easily keep track of your relationships, reducing your exposure to risk.  These events are:

Administration - a company going into administration

Beneficial owners - a change to the persons of significant control registered at a company, meaning new checks may be required

CCJ - an update to an existing County Court Judgement, or a notification of a newone

Company name - a change to the company's name

Company status - a change to the company's status

Credit limit - a change to a company's credit limit triggered by new information

Credit rating - a change to a company's credit limit triggered by new information

Director disqualification - a notification that one of the directors of a company has been disqualified

Documents (ROI) - a notification that a new document has been filed (ROI only)

Gazette - a notification that a company or a director at a company has been mentioned in the Gazettes

Shareholdings - a change to the makeup of shareholders of a company
