Introduction
DueDil lists are dynamic and fully customisable to your needs. the next few pages will show you how to customise the headers of your lists, delete a list or a company within a list and how to copy and move companies from one list to another.
Editing the headers of a list
By default, company name, status, country, age, turnover and website information on your results companies is displayed, and you can use most of these to sort the results.
In order to change the kinds of information displayed in your lists to make them more relevant to you, you can add and remove columns and define the data within them using a range of characteristics.
To do so, click the cog symbol on the left hand side of the page, next to the column headings.
To delete a column, hover over it and click the delete symbol.
To add a column, click a plus symbol wherever you'd like the column to sit, and choose a data field to display.
To change the order of columns, click the arrow buttons on each column.
When you've finished editing the columns, click the tick at the left of the list.
Deleting a list
If you no longer want to follow a list, you can delete it.
On the Saved Lists tab, find the list you want to remove, and click the cog symbol on the right of the page. Then select the Delete option.
It's not possible to delete a list which has been shared with you.
Deleting a company from your list
If you've disqualified a prospect, or for any other reason no longer want a company in your list, it's easy to remove them.
Simply click the tick box to the left of the relevant company name, and click the bin icon at the top left of the list.
Copying companies between lists
To copy a company in a list to another list, so that it will appear in both, just select the relevant companies by clicking the tick box next to their name, and choose the 'Copy selected items' option at the top left of the results.
To copy multiple companies, select the tick box for more than one company. You can bulk select by clicking the tick at the top of the range, and then holding shift when clicking the tick at the bottom of the range.
Moving companies between lists
If you want to move a company from one list to another, it's easy to do so. Just click the tick box next to the relevant company name, and select the 'Move selected items' option from the top of the page (a document with an arrow).
This functionality is useful if you have multiple lists of prospects that are at different stages of a process. For example, some of our customers will have a 'Uncontacted', 'Contacted/Qualified', and 'Contacted/Unqualified' list, which they move companies across as they work through their original list.
To move multiple companies, select the tick box for more than one company. You can bulk select by clicking the tick at the top of the range, and then holding shift when clicking the tick at the bottom of the range.
