- Choose which fields to include
- Preview of the export

- Choose a list you want to check for duplicates.
- Make sure you don't have any companies selected.
- Click the 'Find Overlaps' button on the top right-hand corner of the list.
- Start typing the name of the list you'd like to check against, or click the dropdown arrow and select a list.
Managing your Lists
To manage your lists, visit the 'Saved lists' page from the main navigation. You can view, remove a list or change its name. Click on the individual list to view its content. From here, you can add, move and remove companies or directors, and find overlaps.
You can also see these lists on the Dashboard page on the left-hand sidebar.
Sharing your Lists
If you want to share your list with people in your organisation also using DueDil, click on the Share button. Here you can choose whether to share the list with the entire organisation or you can invite specific people. You can also choose permission settings for each person (e.g. Can View & Can Edit).
Exporting your Lists
If you would like to download your list, click on the Export Data button at the top right-hand corner of your list and then click Export to CSV.
You will have to configure your .csv export in these steps:
Once you are happy with the configuration and selected fields, click on Confirm and Redeem.
NB: At this stage, the number of rows will be deducted from your exports quota.
Finding Overlaps
If you want to avoid duplication within your lists, for example when prospecting for companies, you can find overlaps between two lists and remove them from one.
To do this:
You'll see straight away if there are any overlaps, and how many duplicates there are.
If you want to view them, click "Select in list" button. From here, you can remove the highlighted duplicates by clicking on theicon on the top of the list or move them to another list by clicking the icon.
"Lists and Other Sources" Filter
When building out a new list, you can use the 'Lists and Other Sources' filter to exclude companies that are NOTin Any of or All of your other lists.
