I’m being asked if I’m human. What’s going on?

We have a security system in place which helps us detect malicious activity on the site.  Unfortunately, this means that sometimes our users will be affected.  

If your IP address is blocked, please send an email to [e-mail] and our infrastructure team will make sure you're on the list of approved IP addresses.

You can easily find your IP address by searching 'What's my IP address?' in a search engine.
