Some companies use mobile security software from companies such as Good Technology to secure their email and browser activity on corporate mobile devices. In some situations this can result in certain Artesian functionality, such as Email and Calendar integration, behaving differently or not working at all.
The Artesian service currently works in all major browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome and Safari), along with Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes.
The Service should also work in secure mobile environments such as ‘Good Technology’, as long as they are configured appropriately. If you find you are unable to fully utilise some of Artesian’s features (such as our Email social gestures features), then your IT department may need to adjust your ‘Good Technology’ settings.
