Yes, add the UK subsidiary as this will return news about the company as well as the UK Company Data.

If the company doesn't have a UK subsidiary, click the "Can't find it? Tell us" and give us all of the details you know about the company. We may be able to find it so you can review the UK news about the company but obviously there will be no UK finances.
