Which Edition of Artesian do I have?

Artesian can be integrated with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics. Which option you have will depend on how your Company has chosen to integrate:

Standard Edition

• Accessed directly via the Artesian login page
• Sign in using your email address as your username.

Standard Edition with Salesforce Opportunities

• Accessed directly via the Artesian login page - click "Sign in with Salesforce" and enter your Salesforce login credentials.
• You will have access to the Opportunities tab, which brings your Salesforce Opportunities directly into Artesian:



Artesian in Salesforce.com

• Accessed via the Artesian CRM Panel on your Salesforce Account and Opportunity pages
• Can also access directly via the Artesian login page - click "Sign in with Salesforce" and enter your Salesforce login credentials.

Artesian in Dynamics

• Accessed via the Artesian CRM Panel on your Microsoft Dynamics Account and Opportunity pages
• Can also access directly via the Artesian login page using your email address as your username.
